[PC] Dark and Light klappt nicht

    Dark and Light klappt nicht

    Also ich habe das Problem wie es oben aussieht das Dark and Light nicht startet.
    Kann mir jemand Helfen ?

    Hi,

    sieht aus als würde die datei MSVCR80.dll fehlen.
    könntest mal versuchen ob du die Datei beim Googeln findest.
    Danach mal in Spieleverzeichnis bzw. Windows\system kopieren.
    (kann auch mal Windows\system32 sein)
    Das hilft meistens bei fehlenden dlls.

    Hat mir ein kolege auch schon angedreht hab ich in den windows/system ordner reinkoiert fertig nix klappt

    Hi,

    habe auf einem anderen board folgendes gelesen.

    This in the recommended solution to fix the missing MSVCR80.dll issue.
    To fix it, you will need to uninstall Microsoft Windows Defender. To do this, please go in your add/remove program panel , look for the Microsoft Windows Defender and select it and click on delete. Restart your computer.

    If this doesn't work, please reinstall .Net Framework. To do so, first uninstall it from the add/remove program panel then head to windows update website and follow the instruction there.

    Hast du ein progi namens defender installiert?

    It is recommended that all other software are shut down prior to launching the Dark & Light Client to avoid any incompatibility issues. For example, McAfee is known to cause a connection issue after launching the game. Be sure that the ports needed for Dark and Light are open in your firewall before launching the game, or simply disable the firewall. Lastly, it seems some versions of Microsoft Windows Defender cause a missing msvcr80.dll error. If you have this problem you will need to uninstall Microsoft Windows Defender. If your problem persists please contact the Support Center at darkandlight.net and explain the problem.

    Hi,

    Da fehlt eine Datei,weil diese Fehlermeldung sonst nicht käme. Ich hatte das selbe Problem.

    Hi,

    wenn du das Programm Microsoft Defender istalliert hast, sollst du es deinstallieren. (Start\Systemsteuerung\Software)
    Vorher könntest du noch probieren, wenn du ne Firewall hast, diese zu deaktivieren.

    Hi,

    würde mich aber schon interessieren, was dein Kolege jetzt gemacht hat.
    Deim googeln habe ich gesehen, dass das ein weit verbtreitetes Problem ist.
    Vielleicht kann ich es ja selbst mal brauchen.
