iPod Shuffle Voice Over Kit install Prob

Hey Leute,
ich hab mir das neue iTunes 9.0.1 geladen und dann meinen Shuffle angeschlossen.
Plötzlich war das Voice over Kit welches is mit iTunes 9.0 installiert habe weider deaktiviert, als ich es nun wieder aktivieren wollte ladet er es zwar runter, bei der Installation kommt dann jedoch ein unbekannter Fehler 1603 und es bricht die Installation ab.

Weiß jmd was dieser Fehler zu bedeuten hat bzw wie ich das Voice over Kit doch installieren kann?

The problem is that a problem with the installation occurs with iTunes and the file +"iPodVoiceOver.dll"+ when installed in any way forgotten.
